Frocks on Bikes – Nelson Notices

Submitted by on August 5, 2010 – 10:36 pm 3 Comments

Saturday 7 August 2010 10.30am meet at Zumos for a coffee followed by a gentle ride with everyone looking fabulous around our Nelson CBD.

The route:
From Zumos on Rutherford St, head North towards Halifax St.  Turn right into Halifax St, turn right into Trafalgar St.  Travel gently down Trafalgar St towards the Church Steps.  Don’t be shy to stop at the intersections and wave at the people.  Remember to look gorgeous everyone!  Style not speed!  At the steps turn left at Selwyn Place and head down to the lights at Collingwood St and turn right.  Turn left into Nile St and ride on down Nile until Domet St.  Turn left here and cross the road to join the shared path along the Maitai River.  Head North along the path (away from Nile St) until you reach Traflagar St.  Dismount and cross the road and re-join the shared path passing the back of the library.  Ride along the path until it meets Rutherford St and return to Zumos for another coffee.
