Happyzine Positive Writing Course kicks off in the New Year
This is Charlotte Squire, from www.happyzine.co.nz (based in Golden Bay).
It’s a bit short notice, but I’m running an online Happyzine Positive Writing Course in the New Year. Free-lance writing can be a superb way of earning an income from home, and you can very easily merge your passions with your writing. We have a great group of inspiring writers on board, from various parts of the planet, which is quite exciting. Each person has different abilities and needs, which is what makes the course fun. A significant aspect of this course revolves around developing positive attitude and building confidence as writers.
Here’s the low down:
Learn how to use your natural writing talent to contribute to an exciting environmental and social future for your people, and for future generations (while also gaining a clear idea of how to make money from your efforts!)
It is hoped that participants who complete The Positive Writing Course – which will involve watching one to two videos per week on Vimeo (like You Tube), participation in subsequent discussion and a one hour talk with tutor Charlotte Squire – will ‘walk-away’ with one published article under their belt, a clear understanding of the potential markets for their work, insight into the needs of an Editor, experience in pitching story ideas to Editors, and a greater understanding of how to create or source appropriate images for their articles and blogs.
Starts: January 10th 2012, Tuesday 7 pm online. Read more.
With thanks and have a great New Years,
