Thanks for telling us about Te Rito Gardens. It’s a project that deserves recognition and support. I first heard of it last month at the Wellington Urban Agriculture Food Distribution workshop.

Do you know about Ooooby (Out Of Our Own Back Yards)? It is an Internet community for gardeners and gardening groups, sharing information. Our community gardening group in Aro Valley, Kai O Te Aro,uses this site for networking, as do many others.Maybe it will be useful for Te Rito to join Ooooby, if they haven’t already.
