We are currently investigating how to develop participatory models for identifying, measuring and growing sustainable development impacts across the quadruple bottom line. We work with the community, business and public sectors. I’d be really interested in if and how you will be measuring the benefits of your Eat Local Challenge. I think it is a great initiative, and wondering what qualitative and qualitative measures will or can apply to show the impact of your initiative as well as the wider societal, cultural, economic and environmental impacts of eating locally. This is fascinating. I’d love to understand more please, and offer some support if required.
