I love vimeo!  Vimeo.com is a way to post up videos online, other than the big Mama of video posting – youtube.   I just posted up a video about my ebook, my personal story of how it came to be.  It is, I am guessing (hoping) a story that other people with a passion for creating a healthier planet can relate too.

It’s a balmy night here in Aotearoa/New Zealand and I’ve just had a cup of chamomile tea so am thinking about heading to bed!  Where ever you are, I hope this blog finds you happy and loved.
