365 Days of Fun and Chillaxation – 311 – Calm, Patient and Persistent

Submitted by on March 4, 2011 – 10:30 am

I’ve fallen in love with both the water and the land of Waikoropupu Springs.  I would just like to announce this.  That place feels like ‘family’ – this is a weird concept for me intellectually, but makes utter sense in my heart.

In other news, today I was too busy working at Waikoropupu Springs, being a Mama and being a social butterfly, to further my Happyzine goals … you know what though? I bet things were happening ‘behind the scenes’ or beyond my knowing, that were helping me reach my goals, all the same.  How’s that for a statement of faith?

I’ve been thinking about faith a lot lately, and talking about it with friends tonight.  It’s hugely important, and the irony is that in keeping the faith, we’re more likely to remain relaxed and accepting and mindful of the little things that do add up to major and significant progress.

Tomorrow’s a new day.
