I’m at the beach.  I’m officially on Mummy duty, and still I’m surprised to realise yet again that feels of deep, contented well-being are curling happily around my heart and are rippling through the cells of my body.  All my senses are calling: familiar place!  Feel good place!  Letting go place!  Time to relax and have fun …

This is a good place to be – for myself, my family, my business and subsequently, the rest of you.
