Mark Cabaj Workshops: Communities Leading – Working Together In Place 13 & 15 June

Inspiring Communities, with local partners, is delighted to bring Mark Cabaj to New Zealand next month and to offer the opportunity of full day workshops:

Monday, 13 June, at Te Papa in Wellington Wednesday, 15 June, at Lake Karapiro in the Waikato

Places are limited.

About Mark Mark is an associate of Tamarack – an Institute for Community Engagement in Canada – and, until recently, was the Director of the highly successful Vibrant Communities initiative. He has a long association with Inspiring Communities and is a great supporter of the growth of community-led development in New Zealand. We highly recommend Mark’s sessions which are always very useful, practical and thoroughly enjoyable.

About the workshops These interactive workshops are for change-makers, community leaders, policy makers and community-led development practitioners from all sectors: central and local government, Iwi, business, tertiary education and research, consultancies, community sector and local communities.   They will focus on the knowledge and skills needed to work effectively “in place” with local people.

These workshops are being provided by Inspiring Communities working together with local partners in Wellington, the Waikato and the Bay of Plenty.    To register please complete the registration form and email with payment to [email protected]
