Eat More Energy – the online raw food course lead by Happyzine writer Sarah Lea kicks off today in a private facebook forum.

The course takes participants from all over the world through a myriad of raw food techniques, tips, videos, and recipes.

Raw food guru and mother of three raw children Sarah Lea has personally developed 100 raw food recipes for the course.

“I will hand hold you through a month of raw,” enthuses Lea.
