Thanks for the encouragement! not long to go now. We are already dreaming up fabulous meals we’ll be eating from May 1st. We’re really missing rice, chick peas and the like. Not to mention chocolate!

I feel for you! Life without all those little extras gets a little boring!! I miss all the wheat-based foods we would have eaten as our chosen grain is rice! Eeek, proves a little challenging every day! Rice flour not really cutting the mustard for me!! Miss pizza and pasta big time!
But good on you for trying out the Eat Local Challenge – it’s definitely not for the faint-hearted!!
Only 6 days to go – we can do it!!
