Paul West’s advice about eating meat respectfully

Submitted by on February 6, 2016 – 4:30 am

RCA2-PaulatMarkets-Switcher-Moruya-PlaceHolderFor those who experience some worry about the subject (such as er, myself) , Stuff reported on Australian chef turned farmer and TV show host Paul West’s down to earth about eating animals with consciousness and respect.

West likes to keep animals in an environment as close to their natural behaviour as possible. He’s pretty passionate about giving pigs a respectful life experience, and is painfully conscious of the conditions pigs live in within some piggeries.

And it’s not only about eating organic or free range meat, West covers all sorts of other back to basics topics in his series such as bee keeping, catching sea food, eating bush tucker and much more.

What a great series, this would go down well in New Zealand if it’s not here already??
