Meet Sarah Lea and find out what she left behind when she went raw

Eat More Energy – Saturday November 10th to Saturday December 8th

How do you eat loads of raw food, for more than two days in a row, without feeling like a starving rabbit?

How do raw foodists keep going for months and even years without breaking free and heading to McDonalds; and HOW does one even prepare a raw meal?

High energy mother of three Sarah Lea is gathering together a flock of beginner raw foodies to hand-hold through ONE MONTH of raw-ness this November via an online facebook course.  She’s got the attitude for it. The woman never stops!

She’s got dozens of delicious recipes, a 30 day meal planner, videos and daily tips to share with people who want to experience the extreme health benefits of eating more raw food.

Sarah’s beaten depression, obesity (including Elephantiasis), chronic fatigue and all manner of other health issues by going raw and five years on she wants to share it with the world!

Check out this interesting 97 second video featuring Sarah Lea telling you she may look 25 but actually she’s 82 (only slight exageration)
