Charlotte Squire at Onekaka Beach, Golden Bay - smallBy Charlotte Squire

Ingredients

An irresistibly strong, joyful sense of buzz, excitement, and wonder about a possible future scenario.  When you imagine yourself in that possible scenario you experience sheer happiness, the kind that seems to burst from your heart.  When you imagine yourself ignoring possible scenario you feel less happy. Every thing in you tells you to move forward and act on this feeling.

Instructions

1.  Discover deep, all encompassing inner-sensation of enormous excitement about possible future scenario
2.  Depending on level of deep excitement, place future scenario towards top of ‘to do’ list and act immediately

3.  Investigate options to help you move forward

4.  Take one step towards exciting scenario

5.  Listen in carefully for buzz of excitement.  Is it still there?  Yes – keep going with this.  No – investigate other ways to move forward, or not

6.  Relax

7.  Keep paying close attention to buzz of excitement with each step forward, follow excitement as you would a brightly lit path

8.  Repeat steps 5 and 6

9.  When you feel tired, rest for a while and let life untangle until the brightly lit path appears again

10.  If you encounter someone who does not understand your dream, mine for the gold in their advice, and carry on as you were

11.  Move joyfully forward, and celebrate deeply when you reach your destination

What a beautiful and practical technique for an intuitive and flowing life. They should teach that in school.
